Where do LowLender.com's leads come from?
LowLender.com's leads are generated primarily through pay-per-click (PPC) search engine marketing. We market to consumers searching for mortgages on search engine and similar sites. These consumers, by searching for mortgages, loans, and related products, have signaled their active interest in getting a loan. These consumers are serious about getting a mortgage, helping produce high-quality leads.
Can I filter the leads to suit my needs?
Yes. When you create your lead account, you can create filters to control the types of leads you receive (product, state, LTV, and more).
Are the leads sent in real time? How old are your leads?
Our leads are sent to you in real time. Because our leads are generated by motivated consumers, it's best to contact them as soon as possible after they submit the lead form. To help you in doing so, we send you our leads in real time, as soon as the consumer has filled in the lead form. We do not send old leads.
Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?
No. You may specify caps to indicate how many leads per day you wish to purchase.
What is the price for your leads?
The price for our leads varies as a function of your lead filter. When you create a filter, you will see the price for the lead change as you change your filter parameters.
Do you sell exclusive or semi-exclusive leads?
We sell leads up to 4 times, only to licensed brokers and lenders. By selling a lead 4 times, consumers are offered enough choice between lenders, and lenders can be assured that their lead has not been oversold. Note that many of our competitors will sell leads 5 or 6 times. By limiting sales to 4, we can provide our partners with leads that are more likely to close.
How do I receive leads that I have purchased?
Leads are e-mailed to you in real time to the address you specify when creating your account.
Do you perform a credit check on your consumers?
No, we do not perform credit checks on consumers. Our consumers fill out a short form which lets our partners determine if they can service a particular consumer's needs.
Creating Your Account and Order
Who can purchase leads?
We only sell leads to licensed lenders and brokers. You will need to supply your license information in order to receive leads.
Can I specify which e-mail address to use for leads?
Yes. You can specify a contact e-mail address as a business contact, and a separate e-mail to be used for receiving leads.
What if I forget my password or have other questions about my account?
You may send e-mail to partners@LowLender.com and we will get back to you immediately.
Can I choose what types of leads to receive?
Yes. You can create filters that define what types of leads you wish to receive, and in which quantities.
How are leads priced?
Lead price varies based on product, state, credit rating, and LTV ratio. As you create your order, you will see the price per lead update as you change your order filter.
Do lead prices change?
Lead prices may change, but LowLender.com will notify you of any changes before they take affect, and you will have an opportunity to modify your order beforehand.
Can I control how many leads I receive?
You can specify a cap which indicates the maximum number of leads for a specific filter that you wish to receive.
How can I receive more leads?
If you wish to receive an unlimited number of leads, you can leave the cap blank when creating your filters. If you already have a high cap but haven't received that many leads, you may wish to add more lead orders to broaden the types of leads that we send you. For example, you might create one order for subprime loans and another for prime loans.
Payment and Returns
How do I pay for leads?
When you create your account, you supply a credit card that's used for billing. We will bill this credit card about two times each month for the leads you've purchased.
Can I return leads?
LowLender.com accepts returns for leads that have invalid data or for which the consumer cannot be contacted, as long as those returns are made within 10 calendar days. To return a lead, click on that lead to view its details and then fill out the 'return leads' section at the bottom.
